Mission Statement
Preserving Our Parks and Facilities. Planning for the future.
I’m running for a second term on the CPRD Board to keep our parks and facilities safe, accessible, and welcoming for everyone.
Prior to becoming a board member, I dedicated 38 years to the Chehalem Park and Recreation District in supervisory roles. I’ve managed the creation of all but one playground in Newberg-Dundee and led the building or renovation of most of our parks. I also oversaw major facilities construction like the Aquatic Center, Cultural Center, Senior Center, Skate Park and Darnell Wright Ballfields.
I’m committed to responsible budgeting, maintaining our parks and facilities, as well as providing recreational opportunities for all ages. I believe in promoting a healthy community by preserving green spaces and ensuring everyone has access to parks and recreational areas that support wellness and community connection.
Let’s keep making our parks a place for everyone to grow and enjoy their leisure time. Contact me at McMasterforCPRD@gmail.com — I’d love to hear from you!
